It is the intent of Healing Waters to value and respect our client's time. Therefore, if you are late to your appointment, we reserve the right to limit your session time accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a future time. In order to accommodate our client waiting list, we request a 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. There will be a $25 fee applied for appointments canceled within 24 hours of appointment time. If there is more than one cancellation within the time frame of (one) year, the +client will be charged the full amount of service. If you have purchased a package, failure to give a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice will be counted as a session received.
Healing Waters is committed to rewarding clients who are serious about their wellness. As a result, we offer specials and packages throughout the year. Packages are discounts for those who prepay for a certain number of visits. If a refund becomes necessary, you will forfeit any discounts. All visits received and those counted due to failure to provide a 24-hour cancellation will be accounted for at regular service rate. Any remaining amount may then be refunded. No refund will be given after 30 days of purchase. However, you may transfer your remaining sessions to someone else by providing Healing Waters a written notice or you may receive an in-store credit. Please be advised that unless otherwise specified, package discounts expire 365 days after date of purchase.
In order to make in convenient for our clients, Healing Waters accepts cash and credit cards. However, we do not extend personal credit or accept IOUs. Your service must be paid in full at the time of your visit.

Healing waters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons we deem necessary.
